Qualifications

• 3 years of overall work experience, including at least 1 year in performance measurement, attribution, or related reporting.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear documentation and communication of quantitative business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day performance measurement and attribution reporting across multiple asset classes.
• Deliver monthly fund and client performance reporting with focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Apply standard performance calculation methodologies to ensure consistent reporting outcomes.
• Validate and reconcile investment returns and inputs to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data quality by comparing results across sources and investigating variances.
