Job summary

Osmind is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to own the function end-to-end as we bring accounting in-house across three entities. You will manage month-/quarter-/year-end close, consolidate intercompany activity, and provide GAAP-compliant financials to leadership.

You will drive a migration from outsourced to in-house, document policies, and set up controls in a fast-growing environment. You will work closely with the VP Finance to shape processes, systems, and the eventual in-house

Qualifications

• 8–12 years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years at Controller/Accounting Manager level.
• Direct experience with a US-based company required.
• Proven multi-entity and intercompany accounting experience.
• Experience standing up an accounting function with ownership at Controller level.
• Experience with platform transitions (e.g., QuickBooks Online to multi-entity ERP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive issue flagging.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across all entities with GAAP-compliant financials.
• Manage intercompany transactions, allocations, and parent consolidation.
• Research and document technical accounting positions (ASC 606, revenue recognition).
• Oversee transition from outsourced to in-house accounting; ensure smooth handoff.
• Design internal controls and accounting policies for a fast-growing multi-entity company.
• Oversee cash management and AP/AR across entities; provide finance business partnering.
• Lead systems migration and automation to improve speed and reliability; team building.
