Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila is seeking an Accounting Control Associate to support production processes, prepare and review inputs to financial reports, and act as the first point of contact for engagements with the wider Finance community.

You will collaborate with Front and Middle Office, Country Finance teams, and Operations to resolve issues, mitigate risks, fortify controls, and drive process improvements using data insights and responsible AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related with accounting courses.
• 5-7 years of banking or financial services experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review inputs to financial reports, including data gathering, polishing, and submission.
• Act as the first point of contact for engagements with the Finance community and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Front/Middle Office, Country Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
• Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and meet SLAs and KPIs.
