Job summary

Qualifications

• With at least 3 years work experience related to Accounting Staff work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and other business communication applications.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of voucher for expenses using system.
• Double-checking of receiving report for accounts payable.
• Filing of accounting documents in respective folders.
• Preparation of payment projection.
• Preparation of company payroll
• Time card checking daily.
• Bank deposits and bank transactions if needed.
