Responsabilités

• Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized financial records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly.
• Prepare routine financial reports and spreadsheet summaries for review.
• Support month-end closing tasks and account reconciliations.
• Track expenses and verify coding and approval accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues.
• Assist with payroll documentation and administrative finance tasks.
• Help prepare materials for audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.
