• Knowledge of applicable laws, government regulations, and regulatory filing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laws, regulations, and regulatory updates relevant to the company’s operations.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, reports, permits, licenses, and filings.
• Ensure timely renewal of business permits, licenses, registrations, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on applications and inquiries.
• Support internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal policies, procedures, and controls for regulatory compliance.
• Track compliance deadlines and follow up with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, reports, permits, licenses, and other required filings.
