Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an Associate – Accounting to support day-to-day accounting operations in the Philippines. You will record transactions, prepare journal entries, and assist with financial reporting while upholding GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in General Accounting or related function; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
• ERP/accounting systems experience is an advantage; U.S. healthcare/shared services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post routine journal entries, including accruals and expenses.
• Record and maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Follow accounting policies, internal controls, and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
