Job summary

Boldr in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to join its finance team. You will handle bookkeeping, update records in our accounting software, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely invoicing and payments. The role emphasizes organized, streamlined processes and support during audits.

You must be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work night shifts from 9 pm to 6 am. Fresh graduates are welcome, and proficiency in Excel plus knowledge of GAAP are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and reimbursements.
• Arrange vendor and employee payments.
• Prepare and organize check and petty cash vouchers.
• Record payments in accounting software and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, tax returns, and financial reporting.
• Support audits and maintain financial documents.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and generate financial reports.
