Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. in Makati City is hiring an Accounting professional for a full-time role. You will handle monthly inventory, record expenses, and perform bank reconciliations across the company and its affiliates.

You will also prepare APV and JV transactions, process AR and SJ, and run monthly depreciation. A BS Accountancy or related degree with at least 2 years in accounting is required; real estate experience is preferred. Willing to work in Makati City.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.

About this role

What you'll do:

• Conduct monthly inventory and record the actual expense used for the period for the company and its affiliates.
• Bank reconciliation for the company's account and affiliates.
• Prepare APV and JV transactions from various departments, including STLL and CTS, as well as fund transfers, government remittances, and salaries and wages. Process and book all transactions accurately in the system.
• AR and SJ preparation
• Monthly depreciation runs

What we're looking for:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 2 years' experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting
• Experience in cost accounting and accounting for real estate projects is preferred.
• Background in real estate industry (vertical and housing projects) will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
