Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati City is seeking an Accountant to support financial and management reporting. You will handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and budgeting tasks in a busy accounting function.

The role requires 1–3 years in general accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with tax compliance and statutory reports. Immediate start preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Familiarity with BIR tax compliance and government remittances.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Experience in Real Estate and/or Agriculture is a plus.
• Willing to work in Makati City; immediate start preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
• Prepare accounting reports and maintain books of accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, accruals, journal vouchers, trial balances and financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Assist in tax returns, government remittances, and other statutory reports.
• Assist in inventory review and product costing.
• Assist in year-end audit requirements.
• Handle cashiering: collections, deposits, withdrawals, and check preparation.
• Prepare statements of account, debit memos, and other schedules.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
