Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 2 years' experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• Experience in cost accounting and accounting for real estate projects preferred.
• Background in real estate industry will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

• Conduct monthly inventory and record expense for the period for the company and its affiliates.
• Bank reconciliation for the company's account and affiliates.
• Prepare APV and JV transactions from various departments and processes; book accurately.
• AR and SJ preparation.
• Monthly depreciation runs.
