Job summary

STORAGEMART CORPORATION is seeking an Accounting Associate - Invoice to support government compliance and core accounting tasks in a dynamic team.

You will coordinate registrations, maintain filing systems, and work with SEC, BIR, and LGUs, while ensuring timely renewals and accurate records. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance, strong Excel skills, and hands-on AR/AP and BIR-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in general accounting, AR/AP, and BIR transactions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine BIR regulations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch registrations with government agencies and Tax teams.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Liaise with SEC, BIR, and LGUs to obtain required documents.
• Maintain organized filing for government compliance documents.
• Support audits by gathering requested documentation.
• Monitor renewal dates for permits and licenses and initiate renewals.
• Collaborate with Operations to gather needed information for compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government compliance information.
