Job summary

Potato Corner in Mandaluyong invites applications for an Accounting Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on sales reporting and inventory processes to support store operations.

You will review the Daily Sales Report, record sales in the ERP, prepare inventory reports, and assist with ad hoc store reporting as needed to ensure accurate financial data.

Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Review Daily Sales Report (DSR) and supporting documents (sales and inventory).
• Record sales and or receivables in ERP.
• Prepare acquisition and ending inventory report.
• Prepare gross sales report for tax.
• Prepare Certified Monthly Sales Report for lessors.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of ad hoc store reports as needed.
