You will support various tasks and transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bills processing, bank reconciliation, month-end, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with QBO, Xero, and GP software is a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Job Description:

As an Accounting Associate, you will be part of a team providing bookkeeping and accounting services for businesses in the US, Australia, and the Philippines. In this role, you will work within a group responsible for handling various tasks and transactions, which may include:
