Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Staff/Assistant to support the accounting team with daily financial transactions, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.

You will process vouchers, invoices, and receipts, monitor payables and receivables, and assist with bank reconciliations, audits, and monthly to year-end reports. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software is expected.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and official receipts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Maintain organized accounting files and documents.
• Assist during audits and provide required financial documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
