Job summary

Ginga Agrifood Manufacturing Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Finance/Accounting department. You will record daily financial transactions in the ERP system, manage AP/AR, verify invoices, and prepare vouchers and payment schedules.

The role requires a degree in accounting or related field, at least 1 year of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus), and strong Excel and organizational skills. Immediate start in Pasay City area preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
Minimum 1 year accounting experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Process and record daily financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
Prepare and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Verify invoices, purchase requests (PRs), and supporting documents before payment.
Prepare vouchers, check requests, and payment schedules.
Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and other assigned accounts.
Assist in payroll-related documentation and government remittances, as needed.
Maintain organized filing of accounting records, receipts, and official documents.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the Finance Head.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, HR, and other departments regarding billing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
