Job summary

Acceligent Solutions Inc is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations in Pasig. The role covers accounts payable, data entry, invoicing, and general accounting tasks, requiring accuracy and strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate will work with the Finance team on month-end close, reconciliations, and document preparation for audits, with on-site work in Pasig and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounting, AP, AR, or finance support preferred.
• Fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Knowledge of AP/AR, invoicing, bookkeeping, account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process and monitor invoices, billing documents, receipts, and payment requests
• Perform accurate accounting data entry and maintain financial records
• Assist in bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain schedules for payables, receivables, expenses, and other accounting records
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding invoices and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers when necessary
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, accounting schedules, and supporting documents
• Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files
• Assist in the preparation of documents required for audit and government compliance
• Support the Accounting/Finance team during month-end and year-end closing
• Assist with payroll-related documentation and other finance administrative tasks when needed
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
