Job summary

E-Way Business Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee local payroll, statutory reporting, and corporate bookkeeping. The role focuses on Philippine payroll and tax compliance within a Makati-based finance team.

The candidate will handle payroll processing for a local BPO staff, ensure timely BIR filings, and maintain up-to-date LGU permits, with a preference for those who have BPO finance experience. This is an on-site, morning-shift position in Makati City.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, with heavy focus on Philippine payroll and local tax/mandate compliance.
• Experience inside a BPO handling internal finance is a big plus, but local corporate accounting is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process regular payroll for local BPO staff, including attendance tracking and dispute resolution.
• Manage employer portal reporting and contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Prepare and file recurring BIR requirements (Forms 1601-C, 0619-E, 2551Q, etc.).
• Keep company books clean, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee LGU renewals and clearances.

• Local Compliance: Manage all employer portal reporting and contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• BIR Tax Filings: Accurately prepare and file recurring BIR requirements (Forms 1601-C, 0619-E, 2551Q, etc.) for the corporation.
• Corporate Bookkeeping: Keep ourinternalcompany books clean, handle bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Local Business Permits: Oversee annual local government unit (LGU) renewals and clearances.
