Responsibilities

• Assist in finance and accounting operations including revenue, payables, treasury processing and related areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
• Record revenue correctly.
• Facilitate billing and collections for customers.
• Ensure payables are settled timely and accurately.
• Review bank reconciliations and check payments for correctness.
• Support implementation of company policies, and supervise personnel as needed.

Job Summary:

• Assist in finance and accounting operations (i.e. revenue, payables, treasury processing, and all other areas)
• Ensures the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions
• Ensures revenue is recorded correctly
• Facilitate billing and collection process for all customers
• Ensures all payables are settled timely and accurately
• Ensures check payments are correctly made and reviews bank reconciliations
• Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training, and development of personnel under his supervision

Qualifications:

• BS Accounting graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 1 to 2 years experienced is a plus but not required
• Knowledgeable of accounting processes and tax compliance
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Commendable oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation
• Willing to be assigned in Paco Manila
