A financial services cooperative in Metro Manila is seeking an accounting staff member to handle timely preparation of check payments, assist in financial audits, and manage accounts payable/receivable. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Excel. The role operates in an office-based environment with standard working hours.

• Educational qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• Proficient in audit processes, accounts payable and receivable management, and advanced Excel.

• Timely preparation of Check Voucher (CV) and Cheque for supplier payments.
• Assist in financial audits and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Regular filing and accounting of CV and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Timely preparation of Check Voucher (CV) and Cheque to meet supplier termsof payment
• Deposit check payment to keep supplier’s account updated
• Assist in financial audits, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare financial reports.
• Timely recording of AR/OR and CR
• Timely preparation of BIR Form 2307 as necessary
• Regular filing andaccountingof CV and supporting documents after release
• Computer literate and familiar with Word & Excel

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience Level: Suitable for fresh graduates or students with solid accounting internship experience
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in audit processes, accounts payable and receivable management, and advanced Excel.
