Job summary

Digitally Intelligent Facility Systems Inc. seeks an Accountant to maintain records, analyze budgets, and manage tax payments and returns. You will post and reconcile ledger entries, ensuring compliance and timely reporting, while supporting clients with financial guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Accountancy and have experience with month-end closures, audits, and bank reconciliations. This role is based at our Cabuyao, Laguna location with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports.
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities, and expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare documents for audits.
• Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone.
