Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Expert I to join the Global Finance Services team. You will support finance operations across APAC, Europe, and the United States, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and robust reconciliations.

This role emphasizes end-to-end accounting, month-end close, dashboards, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on automation and digital transformation. Strong collaboration with international stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of AP/AR operations experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.
• Acting as a key point of contact for country stakeholders and supported teams.
• Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, billing, payment execution, and reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end close activities, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparing and maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Supporting compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contributing to AI adoption and digital transformation projects within Finance.
• Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and service partners.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounting & Reporting Expert I, you will join the Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle within Global Finance Services, supporting finance operations across APAC, Europe, and the United States. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, controls, and reconciliations.
• Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
• Exposure to automation, robotics process automation (RPA), AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Project or process improvement experience.
• Experience supporting international finance operations.
