Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate and timely records for financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

You will review sales transactions, record remittances, and prepare journal entries for digital payment channels, collaborating with the F&A team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site 5 days/week in Mandaluyong City, with competitive benefits including 13th month pay and annual leaves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Fresh graduates with internships or at least 6 months of relevant experience are welcome.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective and efficient communication is necessary.
• On-site work five days a week in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review sales transactions on the system and compare them to other sales records.
• Record inward remittances from different payment platforms
• Tag banking transactions as received payments
• Represent the F&A department in coordinating with different sales units
• Verify and confirm the ending balances of accounts receivable from different sales for reporting purposes
• Prepare journal entries to record fees charged by digital payment channels and platforms.
• Monitor official receipts and withholding tax certificates for digital payment channel partners/platforms
• Assist in finalizing account books and compliance reports monthly
• Perform assigned relevant tasks based on the needs of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Applications
