Job Description

• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
• Providing expense reports, monthly management reports and schedules
• Ability to complete routine financial report
• Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes
• Careful attention to details as to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
• Calculating monthly expense accruals and preparing journal entries
• Researching and resolving accounting issues
• General office duties: filing, photocopying and other related functions as the company may deem it necessary.
