Job summary

Grundfos in Pasig City is seeking an Account Travel & Expense Specialist (Mandarin) to manage end-to-end T&E processes across global markets within our Shared Services organization. The role requires meticulous finance skills and fluent Mandarin and English communication.

You will perform compliance checks in SAP Concur and Helios, reconcile accounts, support ServiceNow tickets, and liaise with CitiBank for corporate cards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Shared Services experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense.
• Fluent Mandarin with strong written and oral English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP Concur, Helios, or other SAP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance checks on assigned markets via SAP Concur and Helios.
• Execute accounts reconciliation on assigned markets and check monthly accrual files.
• Support T&E users by processing and resolving ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
• Provide reports as required by local stakeholders across the organization.

As our new Accountant, Travel & Expense (Mandarin), you will be executing end-to-end Travel & Expense activities including compliance checks, account clearing, reconciliation, and user support across assigned markets within our Shared Services organization. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Financial Operation team, you'll create impact by Ensuring accurate and timely T&E processing that keeps our global teams moving while maintaining financial compliance and transparency.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Perform compliance checks on assigned markets via SAP Concur and Helios

• Execute accounts reconciliation on assigned markets and check monthly accrual files

• Support T&E users by processing and resolving ServiceNow tickets efficiently

• Provide reports as required by local stakeholders across the organization

• Liaise with Citibank on tasks and concerns relating to corporate credit cards

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a meticulous and reliable finance professional with strong Mandarin and English communication skills, solid shared services experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We would also imagine that you have:

• At least 5 years of Shared Services experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong written and oral English proficiency

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounts reconciliation processes

• Willingness to work mid-shift or night-shift to support other regions

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with SAP Concur, Helios, or other SAP systems

• Finance or Accounting degree

• Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems
