Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or related field.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with US accounting standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor bank statements and company credit card transactions
• Assist in payroll computation, salary processing, and statutory deductions
• Prepare and submit tax-related documents in compliance with applicable US tax requirements
• Support internal and external audit processes through proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to the US management team
