Job summary

SolutionCX is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Laguna team in a hybrid role, with 2 in-office days per month. You will manage QuickBooks Online, perform full monthly bookkeeping, and handle month-end close and financial statements.

You will also oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations, while coordinating with our outside CPA/tax firm to ensure strong internal controls and accurate board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in accounting or business.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to meet monthly deadlines.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Flexible hours and overtime; multitasking.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage QuickBooks Online and transaction coding.
• Perform full monthly bookkeeping and month-end close.

Core Accounting Responsibilities

• QuickBooks Online management and transaction coding
• Full monthly bookkeeping and month-end close
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Processing monthly bills, checks and electronic payments for approval
• Payroll processing/accounting, payroll journal entries, benefits and 401(k)
