Job summary

St. Francis Square Group of Companies seeks an Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

The successful candidate will record and process financial transactions, prepare statements and schedules, and maintain meticulous accounting records in a real estate context. Responsibilities include reconciliations, cash disbursements, tenant billings, and assisting with internal/external audits and BIR examinations.

Qualifications

• CPA with valid Philippine license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Relevant experience in general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or financial reporting.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or condominium operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare financial statements, accounting schedules, and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform accounting entries, account reconciliations, and regular monitoring of financial transactions.
• Prepare and process cash vouchers, disbursements, billings, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor billings to tenants and lessees
• Assist in periodic internal and external audits by preparing required schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist during Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) examinations and provide required accounting records and documentation.
• Maintain tax-related records and assist in ensuring timely compliance with applicable tax requirements.
• Assist in the proper accounting, administration, and monitoring of funds, programs, and company property.
• Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, lessees, condominium unit buyers, auditors, and government agencies on accounting-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as may be assigned by management.
