• Review payroll, statutory contributions, and tax compliance.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and company accounts.
• Ensure timely remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR obligations.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, government agencies, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Establish internal controls to protect assets.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

• Maintain, prepare, and review accurate accounting records, books, and financial documentation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as management reports.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.

• Prepare client invoices and monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Review payroll records, statutory contributions, and tax-related compliance requirements.

• Process, record, and reconcile bank transactions and company accounts.

• Ensure the timely preparation and remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR obligations.

• Support the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analysis.

• Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders on accounting-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

• Establish, implement, and monitor internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial accuracy.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned.
  

Qualification

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
