Job summary

China Road and Bridge Corporation (Branch Office in the Philippines) is seeking an accounting professional with 2–3 years of experience to join the Finance Team in Manila. The role requires a degree in Accountancy and strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will handle disbursement vouchers, accounting entries in the QNE system, BIR reporting, bank reconciliations, and project-level profit/loss analysis.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Good written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking of Disbursement Vouchers (Head Office & Project Site).
• Checking of Accounting Entries in QNE System (Project Site).
• Checking of monthly withholding tax summary, input tax summary, VAT relief, and alpha list for BIR reporting.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Processing of business permit renewal and other government documents.
• Preparation and Reconciliation of Accounts for BIR Audit (LOA).
• Prepare and analyze monthly project profit and Loss report.
• Monitor and attend to project site accounting concerns.
• Perform other related task assigned as instructed by Finance Manager.

• Amenable to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig.
