Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accountant in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a hybrid work setup and day shift. The role focuses on monthly close, financial reporting, and coordination with the Group Financial Controller across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit‑and‑loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month‑end timetable.
• Assist with preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team.
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller.
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors.
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required).
• Assist in developing and driving process improvement strategies within finance and across the business.
• Assist with detailed analysis of business projects and business performance when required.
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant.
