Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is required or equivalent.
• CPA passer; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Assist in ensuring compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support tax filings and coordinate documentation for external auditors and consultants.
• Assist during the annual audit process and preparation of audit requirements.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and accounting records.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and assist in tracking cash flow.
• Assist in inventory, procurement, and other financial transaction monitoring.
• Support the preparation of reports required by management.
• Assist in budgeting preparation and financial monitoring.
• Provide basic financial analysis and reports to support operational decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities
