Qualifications

• SaaS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on sales contract review and assessment.
• Ensure revenue recognition complies with company policy.
• Prepare summaries for completed transactions.
• Prepare journal entries for revenue and accounts receivable.
• Support financial audits with reconciliations and documentation.
• Assist with month end and quarter end close activities.
• Work with Sales Operations and Customer Support teams.
• Resolve billing and revenue customer issues.
• Identify process improvements related to SOX.
• Participate in revenue accounting and order to cash projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist on sales Contract review and assessment.
• Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with company policy and SaaS revenue recognition accounting standards.
• Prepare deal/contract summaries for material completed transactions.
• Prepare journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue and accounts receivable related accounts on a worldwide basis.
• Assist with financial audits including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors.
• Assist with month end and quarter end close activities.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Collection team as needed to obtain information necessary to analyze and reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist with managing and resolving Billing and Revenue customer issues.
• Identify and assist with implementation of process improvements, including SOX related process improvements and access controls.
• Support and participate on revenue accounting as well as order to cash cycle related projects.
• Assist in various projects as needed.
• Stay current on new revenue accounting rules and help develop appropriate policies and processes.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field, minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• With Public Accounting experience.

• Big 4 Accounting Companies.
• Revenue Recognition experience including adoption of ASC 606.
• Experience of working with NetSuite and Salesforce is plus.

• Must have software/SaaS experience.
• Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Amenable to work US time or night shift schedule.
