Job summary

Recruitment Team - Visayas in Iloilo City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage day-to-day receivables and payments in line with company policies.

You will verify, post, and record AR data, prepare bills, invoices, and deposits, and generate AR status reports while maintaining accuracy and timeliness under pressure.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Business Administration graduate or related course.
• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Willing to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
