Job description

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Account & Project Manager who can build strong client relationships and keep projects moving smoothly from concept to execution.

You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, presenting concepts and project updates, and aligning our design, printing, fabrication, and production teams to deliver projects successfully.

You don’t need to be a technical expert—you just need to understand the process, communicate clearly, coordinate different teams and timelines, and be willing to learn.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident presenting and communicating with clients
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A strong communicator and effective team coordinator
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable working with different teams and personalities
• Experience in project management, account management, events, marketing, design, or production is a plus
• Willing to learn, excited to work with brands and companies, and passionate about making great things happen

Minimal experience is okay. We’re more interested in the right attitude, potential, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
