Check and verify the validity, accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by suppliers and /or employees
Record the transaction accurately and timely
Communicate timely with the supplier / employee and / or his / her immediate superior should there be control variances with the received documents
Ensure the receipt of regulated documents (official receipts, sales invoices, etc.) related to the expenses and disbursements of the Company
Ensure timely processing and payment of business taxes, income taxes, etc.
Participate in the month-end closing procedures
Submit reports to the immediate superior timely, accurately and completely
Organize and compile supporting documents for easy retrieval
Provide assistance during internal, external, regulatory, and compliance audits by retrieving documents and presenting them in an organized manner
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and / or Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
