Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. seeks an Account Management Director to oversee client commitments within Operations Management. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure high standards of service delivery across multiple client projects.

You will engage with clients to align resources, manage relationships, and lead cross-functional teams through project plans, timelines, and negotiations to achieve contract objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruitment and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set deadlines and mentor as needed.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs, coordinate resources for projects, and balance client expectations with execution of work.
• Manage several clients simultaneously and serve as a point of contact for systems and processes for projects.
• Oversee sales and relationships with key customers, ensure services and enhancements are carried out, troubleshoot conflicts.
• Direct the project process, develop project plans, build a project team, and manage timeframes and performance.
• Verify timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and contract specifics.
• Consult with internal and client teams to define project requirements and explore approaches to reach end results.
• Apply knowledge of multiple disciplines and the business to impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, persuade colleagues to act, and negotiate with external partners to reach common goals.
