Job summary

Malayan Savings Bank is seeking a results-driven Loan Officer to grow Teacher's Loan business. You will develop new business, serve existing clients, and prepare compelling financial proposals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in Teacher’s Loans or similar, a proven sales record, strong communication, and willingness to conduct field work to build a robust client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Teacher’s Loans, preferably from a bank or financing company.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to meet quotas and targets.
• Must have an existing client portfolio/network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to do field work.
