Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a motivated professional to grow microfinance loan volume while maintaining credit quality and excellent customer service.

You will solicit loan accounts, assess applicants’ qualifications, and coordinate processing with relevant units to ensure timely loan booking and compliance.

Candidates with fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance, plus basic computer skills, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her
