Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer to manage and nurture existing Retail customers within the assigned segment, aiming for retention, satisfaction, and account growth. You will collaborate with the Energy Sales and Solutions Team to deliver tailored energy solutions and cross‑selling opportunities.

The role requires proactive relationship building, addressing operational and commercial needs, and coordinating with internal teams for excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related 4-year course.
• At least 1 year sales or marketing experience in the power industry or at least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience in any field.
• Experience working with Visayas or Mindanao companies is an advantage; Proficient in Cebuano language.
• Driver's license required.

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing Retail customers within the assigned segment, with the objective of ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth. It also aims to promote and generate sales within the portfolio by identifying opportunities for account development, account acquisition from customers affiliated with existing accounts, energy solutions and services, and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of established sales and market share targets for the Retail Supply portfolio. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Energy Sales and Solutions Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Maintaining strong and proactive relationships with customers, addressing their operational and commercial requirements, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, support efficient service delivery, and uphold AdventEnergy’s standards of customer service. The Account Officer will represent the company in dealings with key accounts, allied sales forces, and industry associations.

• Experience working with Visayas or Mindanao companies is an advantage. Proficient in Cebuano Language.
