Job summary

Lamudi in the Philippines is seeking a Financial/Mortgage Advisor who can transition from traditional banking to a tech-forward company. You will analyze client finances, tailor home financing packages, and present financing proposals to customers and partners.

You will work closely with banks, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and excellent customer service. A track record in consumer lending and mortgage advisory is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in consumer lending or mortgage advisory within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies.

Daily Overview:

• Provide end-to-end financial advisory support for customers seeking KPR and other home financing solutions
• Analyze customer financial profiles (income, liabilities, affordability) to recommend optimal financing structures
• Prepare and present financing proposals, comparisons, and pitch decks for customers and partners
• Act as a key point of contact during the financing process, coordinating with banks, underwriters, and internal teams
• Build, manage, and expand partnerships with financial institutions and related stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a centralized financing resource hub, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information
• Support sales teams by ensuring financing readiness and smooth loan processing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and outcomes in CRM systems and tracking tools
• Ensure all activities comply with current mortgage policies, consumer lending regulations, and internal guidelines

• 3-4 years experience in consumer lending, mortgage advisory roles within a financial institution
• Sales, Client Acquisition and Account Management experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and lending policies
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to home financing
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage a high volume of client inquiries while providing clear, accurate financing guidance
