Job summary

SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand and manage the distribution network for dental digital products. You will oversee distributors, build strong partner relationships, and apply market insights to guide sales and marketing strategies.

The role requires travel as needed, fluent English and Filipino, and a background in medical/dental industries is preferred. Remote work from the Philippines is supported with frequent regional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong market development, customer acquisition and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and travel willingness are essential.
• Experience in medical, dental or clinical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company's dental digital products, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the productline.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
