SHINING 3D is expanding its sales team in Manila to grow the dental digital product line across the Philippines. You will visit dental offices and organizations, building a strong dealer network and driving product demonstrations.

We're seeking dynamic, self-driven professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel frequently, liaison with distributors, and communicate effectively in English and Tagalog while contributing to our growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proactive, self-driven with market development and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with strong customer service mindset and excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Experience in medical, dental, or clinical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental products.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features to represent the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence for sales strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities including roadshows and trade shows.
