Job summary

NKR Innovations in the Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team. The role focuses on prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, scheduling qualified opportunities, supporting sales calls, and ultimately managing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses using an existing database.
• Engage prospective clients, identify their business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Schedule qualified prospects for sales calls with the Managing Principal.
• Coordinate and manage sales appointments and ensure prospects are properly scheduled.
• Join sales calls with the Managing Principal to support the sales process.
• Learn and develop a strong understanding of the company's services, value proposition, and sales approach.
• Prepare and draft quotation proposals for prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities.
• Progress toward independently conducting full-cycle sales calls, from prospect qualification through closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet assigned sales, outreach, and lead-generation targets.
