Job summary

iCare HMO in the Philippines is seeking an Account Executive for the Multinational Brokers Channel in Metro Manila. The role blends on-site client engagement with work-from-home flexibility to nurture relationships with broker partners and corporate clients around health insurance solutions.

You will prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations, coordinate renewals, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience working with multinational brokers or corporate clients in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
• Business development and sales capabilities, such as pipeline management, proposal preparation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of health maintenance organizations (HMOs), employee benefits, or insurance products, with the ability to understand plan design, pricing, and compliance considerations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data, monitoring account performance, and resolving service or operational issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and internal coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; comfort working in a hybrid setup with both on-site and remote collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; prior experience in HMOs, insurance brokerage, or employee benefits is

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow relationships with multinational brokers and corporate clients.
• Manage a portfolio of broker partners and corporate accounts; prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate renewal and retention initiatives and track pipeline and performance metrics.
• Handle contract documentation and coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams.
• Support issue resolution and service escalation to ensure a positive client experience.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and participate in business development campaigns.
