Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines is hiring an Insurance Account Associate to join our on-site team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You will handle inbound voice inquiries for an insurance account and provide exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, excellent English communication skills, and strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or completed at least 2 years of college.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries for an insurance account through voice support.
• Assist customers with policy information, account inquiries, billing concerns, and general service requests.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
