Job summary

VXI Pasay is seeking a Mandarin-English speaking Customer Care professional to join our call center operations in Pasay. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining quality on every call.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow policies, and uphold security and confidentiality requirements. Eligible candidates should be fluent in Mandarin and English, with call center experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule.
• Amenable to work onsite in VXI Pasay.

• Upholds the client policies (call handing, password, security, systems, and confidentiality etc)

• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
