Detailed Job Description

As a Site Supervisor (Telecom) at Arbeit Group in Luzon, you will take full ownership of on-site project execution, subcontractor coordination, daily progress reporting, and safety enforcement across telecom cell sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass supervising daily telecom site activities and field installation teams, verifying that all installation and commissioning work aligns precisely with Ericsson standards, monitoring project progress, quality benchmarks, and safety compliance, preparing comprehensive daily site reports and status updates, and resolving on-site technical and operational issues promptly. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily telecom site activities, field teams, and contractor operations across designated deployment locations in Luzon.
• Ensure all equipment installation, integration, and commissioning activities strictly align with Ericsson standards and guidelines.
• Monitor ongoing project progress, installation quality benchmarks, and strict health and safety compliance protocols.
• Coordinate proactively with project engineers, subcontractors, client representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily site reports, progress logs, and executive status updates.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate on-site technical and logistical issues to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect tower structures, antenna systems, feeder cables, power plants, and equipment shelters for quality assurance.
• Conduct daily tool-box safety talks, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation briefings for all site personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventories of site materials, tools, and delivered hardware components.
• Enforce corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies across all active telecommunications work sites.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional working experience in telecom site supervision, cell site construction, or field deployment.
• Strong practical knowledge of telecom installation, cabling, integration, and commissioning methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience working on Ericsson telecom deployment projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Thorough familiarity with on-site safety procedures, OSHA standards, and daily reporting protocols.
• Proven willingness and physical mobility to travel extensively and work on-site across Luzon.
