• Lead the overall performance of a large-scale manufacturing operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, productivity improvement, and long-term sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilisation.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Oversee manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cost effectiveness.
• Champion workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across site operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver transformation projects, strengthen organisational capability, and support strategic business objectives.
