Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking an ABM Program Coordinator to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of ABM programs that drive engagement with target accounts. You will assist the ABM Program Manager and work with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing or ABM, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with PM tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or ABM in a matrixed B2B environment.
• Familiarity with project management tooling is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics of ABM program plans and track timelines in PM tooling.
• Be main contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating between marketing, sales and other teams.
• Monitor and report progress of account engagement plans and adjust to meet deadlines.
